I started writing this blog over a year ago and in that time I have done a bit of writing, but have not had the courage to put it out into the public. In this time I have been trying to work through some things in life and work on being a better person and I feel that sometimes I am too hard on myself as I am sure many people feel.
I know that for myself it is hard to put my whole self out there for other people. It is not that I am fake or anything, but more of a fact that I find it hard to fully trust everyone, and even the ones I do trust I cannot fully be myself around. The hard thing I have found about writing a blog is being able to put myself out for everyone to read about the things I am going through, while also keeping things I do not want to share with the world.
While all of this is true, I know that staying put is not an option for me and this blog. So I am going to publish it today. Although I am still afraid of the criticism that I will be getting from people because I know there is no escaping it, I have to still move forward in hopes of reaching anyone that is looking for something new to read.
I do know that according to people who have been blogging for a while my blog is incomplete because I could not find a logo that I wanted to use yet, and have not finished setting up my Social Media accounts, but that it is still time for me to move forward with publishing it for others to read.
I have been trying to write this blog for so long and have been focusing on the wrong aspects of it. There are so many different things they say you should have for a blog, and sometimes focusing on making it perfect stops us from moving forward with the things that we need to do.
So after I finish this post I am going to publish the whole blog for people to find. I may not get many people to view it right away, but at least I am not holding back on it any more. I am trying to get myself to not hold back so much in life and this I feel is a good first step in doing so.
Another reason I want to get this published is I hope to get the online book club going and that would never happen if I do not put the blog out there.
Here is where I start a new adventure into blogging and putting my blog out for the world to view. Hope you find what you are looking for in life and can have many adventures in your own life. Make sure to bring a book along in life, whether it is one to read or one for you to write about your adventures you are having.
